一体化在线式微机五防电站动态防误闭锁系统--奥特微机五防
    一种基于一体化在线式五防实现的变电站动态防误闭锁系统,该系统包括监控主机、监控网络、测控单元、现场设备,通过监控主机中的动态五防服务和测控装置中的动态五防服务共同实现动态的防误闭锁功能。动态防误闭锁系统对比于传统的微机防误系统,防误逻辑的判断是时时刻刻在进行的,只要是系统在运行,防误逻辑的判断就一直在进行,能够形成全程的实时的防误闭锁功能。通过本发明的技术方案,可以实现不论在站控层主机遥控,在间隔层进行操作,还是在设备层就地操作,全站范围内所有设备均可以唯一、正确的操作;根据现场运行方式的改变,实时在线的进行防误逻辑的计算,对相关设备可动态、实时的解锁或闭锁,实现动态防误的功能。
    其特征在于:监控主机除实现原有监控系统监视和控制功能外,还集成微机五防和操作票系统功能,并且实现发出程控防误指令的功能;监控网络除实现原有监控系统监视和控制数据传递功能外,还用于传递程控防误指令;测控单元除实现原有监视和控制功能外,还通过监控网络接收自监控主机中动态防误服务发出的程控防误指令,完成防误闭锁节点的闭合和断开,测控单元的防误闭锁节点串入测控屏和就地操作机构的操作回路;现场设备是指防误闭锁系统中的操作设备,包括开关、刀闸、和能够返回闭锁节点位置的网门、地线设备,闭锁节点通过串入现场设备的电气接线,实现对现场设备的闭锁;所述变电站动态防误闭锁系统在操作票执行过程当中始终运转,根据监控系统中全站设备的状态动态处理当前操作设备的防误闭锁节点分合,实现对设备的动态五防解、闭锁功能,防止误操作的发生。
