       解锁钥匙管理系统在传统防误理论的基础上,结合在变电站中的具体应用,为实现变电站防误系统的远程在线控制,避免人为因素造成的防误系统不能有效防止误操作的情况,提出了一个基于CAN总线的网络化防误系统的设计方案。利用成熟的CAN总线技术构建网络,将防止误操作的锁具、现场执行单元和后台控制机连接在一起,配合合理的软件设计实现现场信息的及时上传和后台命令的准确下达。设计实现了单一执行单元和上位机的通信操作。作为一种远程在线操作的防误系统,对于变电站综合自动化和无人值守都具有重要的意义 。

      微机型防误装置的运行状态必须与变电站实际运行状态实时对位,有人值班变电站值班员必须每天检查防误装置上设备位置是否与现场设备位置相一致。对用模拟屏的无人值班变电站,因开关位置的不确定性存在,每次巡视时,对防误装置的模拟屏与实际设备的运行状态进行核对,及时更正不正确的信息,在每次现场操作前,必须核对无误后方可进行模拟操作。新建、扩建及技改后使用微机监控系统的变电站可经过监控系统或微机防误装置的闭锁逻辑实现远方操作的防误闭锁,并保证使用的开关遥信量正确,使用微机防误装置应解决好与监控系统接口问题。若隔离开关、接地刀闸使用电动操作,应通过现场设备的控制回路经开关、刀闸的辅助接点实现同一间隔设备的电气闭锁。
